Boar’s Head (2016-2019):
- Built learning organization from the ground up, managing a budget of up to $2M. Purchased learning management system (LMS); managed all instructor-led learning and eLearning programming and reporting. Vetted, selected, trained/certified and managed a team of 12 volunteer employee trainers. Created management training program delivered to 300+ managers across the enterprise. Expanded curriculum to include instructor-led classes for individual contributors.
- Annual Performance Management training delivered to all managers, as well as employees who received annual reviews.
Fulton County Schools (2013): Designed and delivered Assistant Principal training program, including the following programs: Organizational Change Management, Resistance Management, Conflict Management.
AT&T (2008): Designed and delivered SCORE! Winning with Customers, new call flow training provided to customer retention call center agents.
McKesson Provider Technologies/Axiall/iHealth Technologies/Arthur Andersen Business Consulting (1997-2006): Delivered Change Management training.
McKesson Provider Technologies (2003-2006): Delivered DDI Behavioral Interviewing training.
Viant (2001): Designed and delivered Sexual Harassment training as part of week-long New Employee Orientation.
USWeb/CKS (2000): Designed and delivered New Employee Orientation.
DuPont (1997): Designed and delivered New litigation technology training to all outside counsel, nationwide.
Harris (1995): Designed and delivered Foreign Corrupt Practices Act training to all managers in the company.
